FOPCF403 Processing Cereal Grains into Flour

This competence covers the skills, knowledge and attitude required to
process cereal grain into flour in the food processing industry. It is reserved
for trainees pursuing TVET certificate IV in food processing. Upon completion
of this module, trainee will be able to receive cereal grains, Prepare cereal
grains, make cereal four and store cereal flour. He/she is expected to perform
these tasks respecting food quality and safety standards under minimum
supervision.
