1.     How do I login to Moodle?

Go to the right URL (address) of the Moodle site, https://www.elearning.rtb.gov.rw/

Enter your username and password, or enter as a Guest (if allowed).

2.     How do I access my course materials?

Once you have logged in, click site home on left side of the screen, details of the courses on which you are enrolled will appear at the screen. If your course does not come up when you enter your username and password, contact ICT using the ‘Contact Us’ button.

3.     How to reset LMS password/ Recover Moodle password

·       If you forgot your password visit this link: https://www.elearning.rtb.gov.rw/login/forgot_password.php

or

·       On login page, Click on Forgotten your username or password?

·       Enter username

·       Enter email

·       Then click search

·       The password reset link will be sent to your email

 4.     How to enroll student in course?

Students can enroll themselves or teacher can also enroll students manually

                Self and manual enrollment

·       Login to the system through: https://www.elearning.rtb.gov.rw/ ;

·       Select your college

·       Select academic year

·       Select course categories

·       Open course

·       Select course settings from right corner

·       Select more

·       Select users

·       Select enrolled users, then participants,

·       Select enrollment method

·       Open the "eye" icon next to the Self enrolment method


5.     How to create a course in Moodle?

·       Login to the system through: https://www.elearning.rtb.gov.rw/

·       Select your college

·       Select academic year

·       Select course categories

·       Add a new course, course full name, Course short name, Course summary

·       Then save and return or save and Display

6.     Creating groups in Moodle assignment

·       Login to the system through: https://www.elearning.rtb.gov.rw/

·       Select your college

·       Select academic year

·       Select course categories

·       Open course

·       Select course settings from right corner

·       Select more

·       Select users

·       Select groups

·       Click create group

7.     How do you add Quiz?

·       Go to your course

·       Add an activity or resource

·       Select H5P Plugin

·       Select the type of quiz depending on the how is to be answered

·       Go to your course

·       Add an activity or resource

·       Select quiz plugin

·       Click on Adding a new Quiz, fill needed information then save

·       Click edit quiz then add questions
