This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to Establish Road
Signs, Road Marking and Crash Barriers. It is intended for level III learners in public works
or applying for recognition of prior learning or other related qualifications. At the end of
this module, learners will be able to apply road marking, to install road signs, to install
Crash barriers and to clean up the Workplace. Qualified learners deemed competent to
this competency shall have ability to take responsibility for the carrying out of a range of
defined activities in Public works under minimum directive supervision.
