This module describes the knowledge, skills and attitude required to prepare Pasta and
Starch dishes. It is intended to be pursued by learner at TVET certificate level IV in Food
and Beverage Operations. At the end of this module, the learner will be able to prepare
Pasta dishes, present Pasta dishes, prepare Starch dishes and present Starch dishes.
