This module describes the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to Operate combine
harvester. It is intended for students who have successfully completed level IV in
agriculture and pursuing level V in agriculture.
At the end of this module, students will be able to Prepare combine harvester and Attachments for harvesting operation, operate the combine harvester to carry out produce harvesting, perform routine maintenance and Inspections for combine harvester and implement safety procedures, environment and risk management in agricultural tractor operations. Students deemed competent shall have the ability to take responsibility of carrying out of a range of defined activities in the harvesting of crops produce in agriculture under non- directive supervision.
