This module is reserved for learners of Level Five (L5) Food processing. It provides the skills, knowledge and attitude for learners to be competent in pasta making. After completion of this module, the learner will be able to prepare workplace and ingredients, make fresh pasta and preserve pasta. She/he will be able to perform these tasks by respecting pasta quality standards and regulations requirements.
