FOPFV 502- FRUITS VINEGAR MAKING
Introduction
This module is intended for a trainee in Level 5, Certificate IV, where trainee
acquires skills, knowledge and attitudes required to process fruits and
vegetables into different products to mention Fruit Vinegar.
The module focuses on preparing fruits juice for wine making as vinegar raw
material, process wine into vinegar and finally packaging and labelling the
product as per market. Furthermore, the module describes the skills,
knowledge and attitudes required to maintain process fruits and vegetables
into vinegar.
