This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to apply post-harvest
techniques. The module will allow the learner to prepare for post-harvest activities,
perform post-harvest techniques and store crop products.
Trainees deemed competent shall have the ability to take responsibility of carrying out a
range of defined activities in post-harvest activities under minimum supervision
