This module is reserved for level five (L5) food-processing learners; it describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to process coffee cherries into parchment coffee and ground coffee. Up on completion of this module, the learners will be able to receive coffee cherries, process coffee cherries into parchment coffee, process parchment coffee into green coffee and grind roasted coffee.
