Introduction
Purpose statement This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required for a learner of
Level 5, Certificate Vin order to provide and supervise the quality customer service in Food and
Beverage. By the end of this module, the learner will be able to develop approaches to enhance quality
customer service, manage the delivery of quality service, monitor and adjust customer service in a
Food and Beverage establishment without supervision.
