This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to assist in raw animal products inspection. At the end of this module, trainees will be able to prepare workplace for raw animal products inspection, to apply raw animal products inspection techniques, to assist in laboratory testing and to carry out post inspection activities.

The evaluation of body systems will be explained target the observation of macroscopic findings related to the cause of death.
