This module introduces Level 4 TVET learners to the basic knowledge and skills needed to sell fashion products effectively. Learners will develop skills in identifying customer needs, presenting and promoting clothing products, setting suitable prices, handling customer inquiries, completing sales, and providing good customer service. The module prepares learners to confidently sell clothing products in fashion businesses or start their own small fashion enterprise.
