The curriculum guides learners through applying dyes and prints (such as Shibori, Batik, and screen printing) to various textiles, creating structural fabric patterns (including smocking, pleating, tucks, and shirring), and executing hand-beading techniques alongside proper edge and garment finishing. Assessment is split equally between formative continuous assessments and a hands-on integrated summative project of requiring a 70% passing grade where students demonstrate mastery by creating custom textured, stitched, and beaded sample swatches.
