They learn to harvest ornamental plants at the appropriate stage using suitable tools and techniques to minimize damage.
Post-harvest practices include cleaning, sorting, grading, packaging, labeling, storage, and transportation of ornamental produce.
The module emphasizes the safe and proper use of agricultural tools, equipment, materials, and personal protective equipment.
