This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to perform in the industry of sausage and meatball making. It is reserved for you pursuing TVET Certificate IV in food processing. Upon completion of this module the you will be able to prepare the workplace, prepare ingredients, mould the sausage and meat ball and preserve the sausage and meat ball, you can work in sausage and meatball making industry or other entities performing the similar activities
under minimum supervision.
