CUAAR501- ASIAN RICE AND NOODLES DISHES
Introduction
This module describes the skills and knowledge required to identify
ingredients, prepare and use tools and equipment, prepare ingredients for a
range of purposes. This module will allow the trainee to cook, present and
garnish rice and noodle dishes.
Rice and Noodles are the staple elements of the Asian cuisine. While the
meats and spices become the soul of the cuisine, Rice and Noodles become
the body of the same. Rich which is mostly starch and carbohydrates; they
cover the major portion of most of the dishes
