      Introduction

      Prior to planting, seeds should be carefully selected and treated to improve their quality, enhance germination, and protect against pests and diseases. Seed treatments can include scarification, stratification, fumigation, soaking, and more.

      In this e-lesson, you will learn about various treatment techniques and will gain the knowledge and skills required to produce good quality seedlings in nursery and achieve the supply needed to meet market demand.
