  • Definitions:
      • Excavation: refers to the process of removing earth to form a trench in the ground or digging a hole or channel in the ground.
      • Delimit: to mark or fix the limit.
      • Foundation: A foundation is a base on which a building rests. Its purpose is to safely transfer a load of a building to a suitable subsoil, evenly and without undue settlement.
      • Pegging: the process of driving or inserting pegs into the ground while setting out.
