This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to produce pasteurized milk.
At the end of this competence, the learner will be able to prepare the work area for
pasteurized milk production, pasteurize milk, and store pasteurized milk. The learner
will have marketable knowledge, hands-on skills, and attitude needed in dairy industry
where he/she can produce pasteurized milk under regular and directive supervision.
