This module intends to equip the trainees with practical skills, knowledge and attitude necessary in processing soybeans into soymilk and tofu. She/he will be able to prepare the work area, prepare tools/ equipment and process soybeans into soymilk and tofu. She/he will be able to work effectively in the soybean processing industry under regular and directive supervision.
