Dos and Don'ts in the Workplace

When in the laboratory...

Make sure that you: 

1. Report to work clean and in good health.
2. Dress in appropriate clean attire.
3. Keep fingernails trimmed and maintained so that the edges are cleanable and not rough.
4. Wear no nail varnish or false nails.
5. Keep long hair tied back or enclosed within a cap.

Please avoid: 

1. Coughing or sneezing on food
2. Spitting
3. Smoking
4. Touching money
5. Using the phone
