Did you know that not all raw milk is good for processing or consumption?
Different tests have to be carried out on milk to assess its freshness, hygiene, and composition to ensure that the milk conforms to milk quality and safety standards. These tests are done before mixing the milk in large cooling tanks and preserving it until delivery to dairy processing rooms.
