Henry knew what each dough was used for except for one, which was a harder dough than the others. If you were Henry, what would you guess is the use of this hard dough?
Introduction
A biscuit is a dry, unleavened wheat flour-based baked product that is usually flat in different forms. Biscuits are made from harder dough. Today, many people like biscuits for different meals, especially breakfast, ceremonies, or as an energy booster. Moreover, it is easy and cheap to run a business of biscuit making. This has made biscuits be on high demand in the market. It is then very important for you to learn how to make biscuits well. This lesson will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to make biscuits.
