      Introduction

      Cake making requires common ingredients and following certain steps. This, in combination with mixing and dough-making skills, will help to make a spongy sweet cake(ordinary cake) that can be also decorated for use at parties like weddings and birthdays.

      • Select all materials and equipment used in cake making
      • Correctly describe all ingredients used in cake making
      • Accurately mix cake ingredients
      • Mould cake dough
