This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to operate small farm tools and equipment. It is designed for learners who have successfully completed nine years basic education or its equivalent and pursuing TVET level III in Agriculture. At the end of this module, learners will be able to prepare, familiarize and maintain small farm tools and equipment. Qualified learners deemed competent may work with others different farming sites.

This module describes the skills and knowledge required to describe the logo, identify the logotype and to sketch the logo to select logo motifs and logo color definition. In addition to that, the learner will also be able to illustrate and produce a banner layout and design blueprint, organize and select image assets and typefaces, treat photos, select colors and combine creative software export the designed banner to meet specified requirements using one of existing software design such as Photoshop and GIMP.

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to identify history of food processing industry, identify food safety requirements and describe important processing operations in the food industry. At the end of this module, participants will be able to identify most important historical events of the transformation of cooked ingredients, by physical or chemical means into food, or of food into other forms. Learners will be able to improve food safety-related behaviours and practices. They can describe food processing activities such as mincing and macerating, liquefaction, emulsification, and cooking, pickling, pasteurization, and many other kinds of preservation and canning or other packaging.
