Tools and Equipment
You may have received certain tools or equipment from your hosting company to use during your Industrial Attachment that you will need to return or dispose of. It is your responsibility to ensure that you consult with your supervisor and return these items on time upon completing your last day.
Instructions: After reading the checklists, you can copy them to your notebook, where you will keep track of their completion. Don't forget to bring your notebook to your last days of IA so that you remember to complete your final tasks and needed documents!
Below is a general checklist of tools and equipment. This list may not contain all items that must be returned and those mentioned might not apply to everyone. In your notebook, you may add more items to the list if necessary:
