Welcome to the searching for a workplace lesson of the e-Work Based Learning course, in this lesson, you will be introduced to different sources of employment and strategies to apply when self-sourcing for a workplace and the necessary prerequisites to have/complete before.
Welcome to the orientation to 1st day at work and simulation prep lesson of e-Work Based Learning course. In this lesson, you will get an orientation on what you can expect your 1st day at the workplace/of your industrial attachment to look like. You will also prepare and practice role-plays on your 1st day at work and problem-solving in the workplace.
Welcome to the performance for the problem-solving role-plays you have been developing! In this lesson, you will get the opportunity to perform the role-plays in your peer groups and get feedback from your trainer and other students. Through the performances, you will practice problem-solving skills you can apply in real life, and by receiving and providing feedback to other groups, you will learn the good practice of providing and receiving constructive feedback.
Congratulations! You have now reached the final lesson of the e-WBL Industrial Attachment preparation course. In this lesson, you will debrief on what you have learned throughout the course and reflect on how prepared you are or need to be before going to the workplace. You will also be introduced to the next phase of the e-WBL course for during Industrial Attachment.
